Spring 2024
Date	Details
November 1	Nelnet payment plan enrollment available. _{Nelnet enrollment dates cannot be changed. No exceptions.}
November 6	Short Term Loan applications available.
January 16 at 11:59 PM EST	Full Term, ARC, Session I, eCore Full Session, eCore Short Session I, eMajor Full Session, eMajor Short Session I, Georgia Film Academy, European Union, and WebMBA fee payment deadline. Housing and Meal Plan fee payment deadline. _{Failure to make payment in full or enroll in a Nelnet payment plan by deadline will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.}
January 19 at 11:59 PM EST	Nelnet payment plan enrollment & plan increase deadline for all spring sessions.
February 2	UWG receives first deposit from Nelnet. Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments.
February 8	Refunds for Full Term, Session I, ARC, eCore Full Session, eCore Short Session I, eMajor Full Session, eMajor Short Session I, Georgia Film Academy, and European Union to begin processing.
February 15	First Short Term Loan payment due.
February 2	Last day to decrease or terminate Nelnet payment plan.
February 23	UWG receives second deposit from Nelnet. _{Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments.All payments made to Nelnet should be received by UWG at this time. Any refunds for over payments will begin processing the following week to the student's selected BankMobile refund preference.}
March 5 at 11:59 PM EST	Session II fee payment deadline. _{Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.}
March 11 at 11:59 PM EST	eCore Session II and eMajor Session II fee payment deadline. _{Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.}
March 15	Second Short Term Loan payment due.
March 22	Refunds for Session II to begin processing.
March 28	Refunds for eCore Short Session II, and eMajor Short Session II to begin processing.
April 15	Final Short Term Loan payment due.

April 1	Nelnet enrollment available. Enrollment dates are firm and cannot be changed.
April 3	Short Term Loan applications available.
May 14 11:59 PM EST	Session I and USG Goes Global fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
May 20 11:59 PM EST	WebMBA fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
May 28 11:59 PM EST	eCore Full Session, eMajor Full Session, Georgia Film Academy, and European Union fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
June 5 11:59 PM EST	Session II and Session III fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day. Nelnet payment plan enrollment & plan increase deadline for all summer sessions.
June 12	Nelnet plan guarantee date.
June 15	First Short Term Loan payment due.
June 21	UWG receives first deposit from Nelnet. Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments.

July 2 at 11:59 PM EST	Session IV fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
July 15	Last Short Term Loan payment due.
July 12	UWG receives last deposit from Nelnet. Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments.
July 24	Refunds Session IV to begin processing. Please visit our Refund Information page for details.

June 14	Fall Rates Available on Student Accounts.
July 8	Short Term Loan Application Portal Opens.
August 21 11:59 pm	Full Term, ARCHE, Session I and WebMBA fee payment deadline.Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
August 26 11:59 pm	eCore Full Session, eMajor Full Session, eCore Session I, eMajor Session I, and WebMBA fee payment deadline.Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.Nelnet Payment Plan Enrollment/Increase Balance Ends 11:59 pm EST.
September 3	Nelnet Guarantee Date.
September 12	Refunds for Session 1, ARC, E01, E02, F, G01, G02, GFA, W, and U01 Estimated to Begin Processing.
September 13	UWG receives first deposit from Nelnet.Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments.
